Bake system is designed for mini products

Handles labor-intensive and portion-sensitive production

An automated solution, the Hinds-Bock pre- and post-bake system is used in the production of single-serve mini products, including muffins, snack cakes, brownies and mini cakes. Complete with a cup denester, crumbing and tamping station, batter station and dry topping station, the system features an additional roll-in/roll-out station for finishing baked products with dollops of topping, such as ganache, caramel and icing, as well as dry toppings, like chocolate chips, nut pieces and sprinkles.
