Blender achieves homogeneous blends in as little as 20 seconds of residence time

Can be cleaned and sanitized rapidly

Capable of throughput rates to 200 cu ft per hr, the Munson Model VIM-124-S316 sanitary continuous blender provides low to high shear for the high-speed blending and/or homogenizing of dry food solids, agglomerates, slurries or pastes. Liquids can be added through optional injection ports for the de-dusting and agglomerating of dry materials. Constructed of 316 stainless steel and finished to USDA or FDA requirements, the variable-intensity blender has an agitator that operates at 100 to 2,500 RPM. The blender is available with an insulated low-pressure jacket or a high-pressure jacket constructed to ASME code that can be heated or cooled.
