This year’s Forbes Global 2000: The World’s Best Employers list ranks four major US players in the top 10 percent. They include JM Smucker (#39), Hormel Foods (#72), General Mills (#131) and Kraft Heinz Company (#197).
The ranking of the world’s 2,000 largest public companies is based on how employees stated they would rate their own employer, the likelihood they would recommend their employer to a friend or family member, and how they would rate other employers they admire.
