Strategically positioned on the bottom of a mixer, blender or kettle, Linde LIXSHOOTER self-sealing bottom injectors rapidly chill ground meat, poultry mixes and other wet foods or ingredients; the injectors mount flush with the internal surface of the vessel. With the dual-cryogen option, the injectors can chill with liquid nitrogen or carbon dioxide, and can be switched between the 2 methods within a matter of minutes. The injectors conform to the hygienic design principles of the American Meat Institute.
