Makers of self-lubricating Graphalloy® Bearings for high temperature or washdown food applications
GRAPHALLOY self-lubricating bearings work where traditional bearings often fail. It is particularly useful where petroleum lubricants cannot be used, for example, in applications with high temperatures and washdown. Graphalloy Bearings are available as bushings, inserts, and full pillow block and flange block assemblies.
Makers of Graphalloy® Bearings for tough food applications, since 1913. GRAPHALLOY, a graphite/metal alloy, is a proprietary material that is self-lubricating and withstands temperature extremes. As a result, GRAPHALLOY bearings work where traditional bearings often fail. It is particularly useful where petroleum lubricants cannot be used, for example, in applications with high temperatures, cryogenic temperatures, and washdown. Graphalloy can withstand a temperature range from -400°F to 1000°F, in an oxygen environment. FDA acceptable and EC1935 grades are available.
