Publisher Patrick Young has over three decades of leadership and media sales experience in the food manufacturing field. Prior to joining PMMI Media Group, he was with BNP Media for 15 years, most recently as Publisher of BNP's Food Engineering Network, which includes Food Engineering, Food Master, Refrigerated & Frozen Foods, and Food Engineering's Food Automation & Manufacturing Conference. His previous experience includes sales and sales management positions at McGraw-Hill's Healthcare Information Group and the Chilton Company.
Joyce Fassl, Editor in Chief
Editor-in-Chief Joyce Fassl is a well-known and respected journalist in the food and beverage field, where she has spent most of her 30+ year career. Before joining ProFood World in 2016 as Editor in Chief, she was Editor in Chief of Food Engineering magazine for more than a decade. Joyce was also instrumental in the success of the Food Automation & Manufacturing Conference. Her expertise is in creating dynamic print and online content, building top-notch editorial teams, curating conference programs and hosting live events. Joyce holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Penn State University.
Maya Norris, Managing Editor
Managing Editor Maya Norris joined ProFood World in 2017 with two decades of experience in multimedia reporting and writing, managing editorial operations, and creating and implementing content strategies. Her food and beverage publishing experience includes serving as Managing Editor of award-winning national trade magazine Chain Leader and work with associations, where she managed communications channels and helped develop content marketing and brand awareness campaigns. Maya holds a master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University.

Jim Chrzan, VP of Content and Brand Development
Jim Chrzan's over 25 years of business media experience includes sales, communications, audience development and executive management positions. As PMMI Media Group’s VP of Content and Brand Development, Jim oversees editorial direction for all titles, as well as content alignment between PMMI Media Group and PMMI, ensuring that material produced by either entity is promoted and published efficiently. Jim is also a frequent speaker at industry events aligned with PMMI member interests.
Aaron Hand, Editor at Large
Aaron Hand has nearly three decades of experience in B to B publishing, and was most recently Executive Editor for Automation World, a position he held since 2013, where he focused on the continuous process industries. In his new role as Editor at Large for PMMI Media Group, Aaron will report on a wide variety of industry developments including advancements in packaging for consumer products and pharmaceuticals, food and beverage processing and industrial automation. Aaron holds a B.A. in Journalism from Indiana University and an M.S. in Journalism from the University of Illinois.

As a Content Strategist, Kim Overstreet disseminates PMMI Business Intelligence content to Packaging World, Healthcare Packaging, Automation World, ProFood World and OEM. She also covers packaging conferences for PMMI Media Group and enjoys reporting on current trends in the industry. Kim has been with PMMI Media Group since 2013 and has a master's degree in journalism from Drake University.
