ILEOS names a new CEO
Philippe Gelblat takes over from Noël Ancian as CEO of Ileos to manage the operations of the Group, relying on the general managers of the four subsidiaries, Ludovic Anceau (Socoplan), Robert Bapt (Axilone), Philippe Declerck (Packetis) and Stéphane François (Alliora).Noël Ancian has requested to concentrate on the strategic aspects of his mission. He will commit himself as Chairman of FINANCIERE VIVALDI, Holding company of the ILEOS GROUP, and he joins the Board of Directors of Nord Est. In this position, he will participate in defining the group strategy. Consequently, he leaves the position of CEO of ILEOS.
