Swift Sensors scalable wireless sensor solutions combine with a powerful cloud platform, instant mobile alerts, and robust compliance reporting to provide real-time insights on processing equipment, production lines, cold storage and warehouse conditions.
A Swift Sensors system requires at least one gateway, at least one sensor, and a monitoring plan. The gateway receives data from each sensor and then transmits the data to the cloud console via the local ethernet, WiFi, or cellular network (with optional module). Each gateway supports up to 150 sensors within a 300-foot radius. Each sensor is smaller than a credit card and has battery life of 6-8 years. The sensor transmits data via Bluetooth 5 (BLE5) and connects to the gateway with a push of a button. The monitoring plan is very simple. The fee is based on the number of sensors you deploy. You can pay monthly, annually, or multi-year. There are no contracts required.
There is a lifetime warranty on all Swift Sensor gateways. Sensors have a 2-year warranty. In the rare circumstance that hardware fails during the warranty period, contact support and we'll make it right.
Our support services do not end with installation. We continuously monitor the health of your wireless sensor solution and proactively reach out if there are any indications of service disruption. Our support specialists are available for a call, a meeting, or a training session for the duration of your engagement with us. Because we are a Sensors as a Service solution, we manage the software securely in the cloud, so you are not burdened with software updates or hardware maintenance. When the time comes to add, replace, or recalibrate sensors, our team will support you with the necessary resources every step of the way.
Swift Sensors support specialists are committed to providing the resources and training required to ensure the optimal performance of our advanced wireless monitoring solutions. The Swift Sensor platform is designed for ease-of-use and requires minimal tech support for the majority of sensor deployments. However, if assistance is required, our specialists are available for configuration support and training sessions online. We also work with a network of global installation and integration partners for onsite enterprise-level deployments and calibration services.
