High Liner Foods Chairman Henry Demone is set to retire.

High Liner Foods Incorporated Chairman Henry Demone is retiring from the board of directors on May 14. Demone has been in the food industry for the last 35 years. The board named Robert Pace as the new chairman following Demone’s retirement. Pace, president and CEO of The Pace Group Limited, most recently has held the position of chair of the audit committee of the board and has been a director of High Liner for several years.
