The AXIS Pump Feeder is a highly engineered extruder that accurately pumps medium-to-high viscosity ingredients including batters, doughs, butter, shortening, and snack bars.

This feeder features counter-rotating synchronized augers, large right-angle stuffing rollers, and precision-machined pressure tunnels to achieve the recipe for precise extrusion: high torque, low shear, and tight tolerances. Reduce voids and damage to your product with gentle handling and controlled, uninterrupted flow. The AXIS Pump Feeder is particularly effective for feeding materials with viscosities ranging from 500,000cP to 1,000,000cP.

Designed with the operator in mind, this system features user-friendly controls and a tool-less design for easy sanitation and maintenance. The robust, stainless-steel construction delivers long-lasting performance and reliability, available in both thermal jacketed and non-jacketed options.
