Fortress Halo automatic testing technology

Providing a traceable, auditable way to check the performance of Fortress conveyor-style food metal detectors, Fortress Halo automatic testing technology works by duplicating the signal disturbance that occurs during manual testing without having to physically pass a metal contaminant through the metal detector. It automatically generates a signal calibrated to specified sphere sizes, logs the test results and checks the performance of the reject system. The device can independently test for ferrous, nonferrous and stainless-steel materials.
