Claudia Smith joined PMMI Media Group over 20 years ago, beginning her career as Reprints Manager for Packaging World and advanced to Manager eMedia in 2009. In 2012, she was promoted to Director, Digital Media Operations where she directed a team of media production specialists and oversaw digital customer relations and operational projects. She joins the ProFood World team as the Brand Operations Manager.
