Campbell Soup elevates three key executives

New members named to Leadership Team

Campbell Soup Company has appointed to its Leadership Team Bob Furbee, senior vice president of Campbell Soup Company and senior vice president of the company’s global supply chain; Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales Jim Sterbenz; and Vice President of Corporate Strategy Emily Waldorf. The three company leaders were chosen to serve on the team to assist in Campbell’s strategy of developing supply chain capabilities for future commerce, unifying sales teams across divisions and leveraging corporate strategy to identify and act on growth opportunities.

Bob Furbee assumed his current positions at Campbell Soup on June 1 of this year. Furbee most recently served as senior vice president, supply chain, Americas Simple Meals and Beverages division, and has been with Campbell since 1984.

Jim Sterbenz was named senior vice president, U.S. sales this June 15. Prior to that, Sterbenz was senior vice president, U.S. retail sales.

Also promoted to her current position on June 15, Emily Waldorf joined Campbell in 2012 as director-corporate development. She served as vice president and chief of staff-office of the CEO from 2013 to 2014.
