Heat and Control, Inc: Sort by size and convey with one compact system

Pw 4511 Fast Back Sizing Separating Conveyor

This content was written and submitted by the supplier. It has only been modified to comply with this publication’s space and style.

Continuously convey and sort products by size, or remove unwanted product particles, using the FastBack Sizing and Separating Conveyor. Gentle tumbling distributes products across a perforated drum for efficient separation by size. Easily interchangeable drums are available with different openings suited for fines removal or a variety of sizing/grading/scalping operations. FastBack’s slow-forward fast-back horizontal conveying motion reduces product breakage and eliminates unscheduled cleaning downtime because product coatings do not build up in the conveyor pan. The compact system saves floor space and can also be equipped with seasoning application components for increased versatility.
