Simply Good Foods Company to buy Quest Nutrition

The Simply Good Foods Company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Quest Nutrition for $1 billion in cash. The transaction, which is expected to close by the end of this year, will create a nutritional snacking company with combined estimated net sales of over $800 million.
