Food safety module assists in FSMA compliance

Used to validate baking process kill steps, the Reading Thermal SCORPION software (SV8) food safety module analyzes product core temperature data collected by the SCORPION 2 system. It then calculates lethality and generates a report, displaying cumulative log reductions and a choice of graphs. A variety of product insertion probes and bare wire thermocouples can be used with the module.
