The Endress+Hauser Memosens COS81D hygienic optical sensor measures oxygen, gaseous oxygen and temperature in fermenters and bioreactors used in the food industry, as well in boiler feedwater applications, with an accuracy rate up to +/-0.2 percent. Integrated electronics store calibration data and other information, which is transferred automatically to the transmitter and used to calculate the current measured value. The stainless-steel sensor works in process temperatures from 15°F to 280°F and pressures from 0 to190 psi.
