The Mondelēz International board of directors has unanimously chosen current President and CEO of McCain Foods Dirk Van de Put to succeed Irene Rosenfeld as CEO of Mondelēz International, effective November 2017. Van de Put also has been asked to join the company’s board of directors, which Rosenfeld will continue to lead until March 31, 2018. She will retire on that date, at which point Van de Put will also take over her responsibilities as chairman of the board.
