Designed specifically for food and beverage processing plants, SaniCrete's SaniPatch is a three-part, non-hazardous polyurethane cementitious repair kit. This do-it-yourself product can be applied over damp concrete surfaces and requires no priming or sealing. With its extremely high bond strength and rapid-curing properties, SaniPatch will minimize downtime, allowing the ability to promptly restore your floors to their original state without compromising quality or disrupting plant operations.

Engineered to deliver permanent repairs to spalled, cracked, or damaged interior and exterior surfaces, SaniPatch is the quick and easy solution to common floor failures. This heavy-duty product forms an impenetrable barrier, shielding your floors from the harshest conditions and meets or exceeds all USDA, FDA, and HACCP guidelines.

Each SaniPatch kit is pre-measured to ensure proper mixing, includes detailed instructions, and is distributed in gray and red to seamlessly match the original floors. Provided in a kit is one bottle of Part 1 liquid, one bottle of Part 2 liquid, one bag of SaniPatch Aggregate, and one bag of Quartz packaged in a 5-gallon pail provided for mixing.

SaniPatch can resolve constant repair to holes and joints, unsafe pedestrian traffic, forklift damage, standing water, eroded or spalled concrete, USDA/FDA/OSHA fines or shutdowns from cracked surfaces, and any other damage to processing plant floors. This sanitary, non-slip, chemical resistant concrete repair kit withstands heavy vehicle traffic and can be applied to loading docks, equipment pads, trenches, floors, and more.
