Easy Foods Incorporated has opened a new 100,000-sq-ft, state-of-the-art tortilla facility in Kissimmee, FL. Currently, the facility can make approximately 10 million lb of tortillas each month. The company has plans to increase the maximum capacity to 16 million lb monthly.
Rail served and SQF certified, the facility employs 150 people. However, Easy Foods expects to hire an additional 250 employees to work at the site within the next three years.
