Publix distribution campus
Publix Super Markets, Inc. has commissioned architecture firm LEO A DALY and its subsidiary engineering firm Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) to design a new refrigerated and frozen foods distribution campus, which will feature an approximately 1 million-sq-ft refrigerated/frozen warehouse, in McLeansville, NC. LEO A DALY and LAN will provide architecture and engineering services, including fire protection, refrigeration engineering and sustainability consulting. Construction is expected to be completed in 2021.
