Bridor investing CAD $200 million in 2 plants

Funds earmarked for its Boucherville, Quebec and Vineland, NJ production plants

Bridor, a European-style bakery, is investing CAD $200 million over the next five years in its North American production plants located in Boucherville, Quebec and Vineland, NJ. Of the funds, $170 million will be spent to expand the Boucherville plant and install new production lines there. At the end of the project, nearly new 200 jobs will be created in Canada and the US.
