Valve for gravity-flow/low-pressure applications

The Roto-Disc II spherical valve is intended for hopper discharge, blender discharge, loss-in-weight feeder refilling, bulk-bag unloading and other gravity-flow/low-pressure applications. As the valve begins to rotate closed, the dome wipes against the seat, cutting off the flow of product and pushing material above or below the valve. Once the valve is fully closed, the dome and seat form a positive seal, and the double O-rings prevent leakage through the stems. The valve offers a temperature range of -40°F to 1,200°F.
