Intended for potatoes, baby carrots and other vegetables, Florigo ultra-peel SSC 3 steam peeling solutions are available in three different steam vessel designs, including high-capacity steam peelers for large root vegetables and vessels with centrally controlled steam inlets for smaller, irregularly shaped produce. Split vessel models are built for raw materials with a high level of water content. Each solution offers flexibility over steam time, pressure and vessel rotation speed. The peelers can process 7 tonnes to 52 tonnes of potatoes per hour.
