A single-pass, inline unit, the Fristam FS Series shear blender has a rotor-stator design that eliminates lumps and masses. Built for continuous duty and clean in place (CIP), the blender has a front-loading seal. It is suitable for a variety of food products, including sauces, condiments, syrups, meat emulsions and salad dressings.
