Terminal incorporates fusion of mechanics, electronics and software

With the Festo VTEM motion terminal, users download apps that can replace over 50 individual components to reproduce different pneumatic functions. The integrated intelligent sensors for control, diagnostics and self-learning tasks eliminate the need for additional components. When the terminal is launched, 10 functions are available via motion apps, from basic modification of the directional control valve functions to energy-efficient motion and from proportional behavior to different motion profiles.
