Costa Coffee appoints Jill McDonald as CEO

Current CEO stepping down

Costa Coffee has named Jill McDonald as CEO, effective December 2. McDonald is an experienced business leader who has worked in senior roles across several industries.

Current CEO Dominic Paul, who led the company through its sale to The Coca-Cola Company, is giving up his position on November 30. He will remain with Costa as a special advisor through February 2020.
