Unique Shipper for E-comm

SpokojenyPes, an e-comm fulfillment shop in the Czech Republic that is focused exclusively on products for pet owners, recently began shipping items in a limited-edition SPOKOBOX corrugated shipper that's printed and laser cut in an all-digital process.

Digital laser cutting of paws and dog bones make this a corrugated shipping container that E-comm customers will not soon forget.

SpokejenyPes offers pet lovers everything from food to toys to shampoos. The firm already has an established reputation for taking a playful approach to its customer base, so management was quick to understand the advantages of this new corrugated converting technology in terms of what it can do to delight consumers. And delight them it did with a corrugated shipper having paw prints and dog bones laser cut into the sides. This treatment makes the SPOKOBOX a delightfully unique container, one that engages consumers not just visually but haptically, as well.

Production of the shipper for SpokojenyPes was handled by THIMM in its production plant in Vsetaty in the Czech Republic. The shipper consists of two parts, both single-wall corrugated with EE fluting. Printing for the 710-piece run was done on THIMM’s RHO 1012 sheet-fed digital corrugated press from Durst and digital laser scoring and cutting was done on THIMM’s Beam 2C from Highcon .
