PepsiCo joins forces with The Recycling Partnership

Company becomes group’s newest funding partner

PepsiCo will be collaborating with The Recycling Partnership to help increase recycling rates in the US. To date, The Recycling Partnership has improved curbside recycling for 17 million households, recovering 115 million pounds of material.

In March 2017, PepsiCo entered into an agreement with Danimer Scientific on developing biodegradable film resins for thin film packaging. PepsiCo is also a member of the New Plastics Economy and a founding member of the Closed Loop Fund.
