The FTC has filed an administrative complaint against Post Holdings Inc.'s proposed $110 million takeover of TreeHouse Foods Inc.'s cereal business. The commission cited that the deal would result in Post having a 60% share of the private-label market, potentially leading to higher prices for private-label cereals.
