Several senior managers at the JBS USA Souderton, Pennsylvania meatpacking plant have displayed flu-like symptoms, prompting the company to send employees home to monitor their health, and cut production at the site temporarily. The plant’s fabrication and ground beef production will continue, and operations are expected to return to normal on April 14.
