It uses the company’s patented lightweight sleeve system for the complete size range, or lightweight plate cylinders capable of convenient sleeve use. The design reduces tooling costs and eliminates incremental print repeat lengths. The 8-station press automatically positions and registers the print units; previously stored jobs can be readily recalled and reset. It operates at speeds of at least 1200’/min, PW is told, and can handle web widths of up to 1.5 m (59”).
