Modular Conveyor Express: Conveyor with gripper elevator

Designed for single product elevation or lowering, the modular Gripper Elevator Vertical Lift from Modular Conveyor Express (MCE) allows re-configurations in the line such as shortening, extending, raising, or lowering in order to convey products such as glass jars, cans, plastic containers, pouches, tissue bundles, and small cases at speeds up to 200 ft./min.

The simple design makes re-configuration and maintenance easy:  MCE's Gripper Elevator is available in an "S" or "C" configuration. It firmly, yet gently, grips product to securely elevate or lower it and does so using a minimal floor space footprint. Products travel in line with continuous transport through the elevation change and seamlessly discharge onto the take-away conveyor.

Suitable for the food & beverage, personal care, pharmaceutical, and household industries.  Available in stainless steel or powder coated carbon steel frame construction, all MCE Gripper Elevators feature a hand wheel that can be located on the right or left side and can make quick width adjustments from 0- to 11-in. Height can also be easily adjusted in 6-in. increments.
