Unit includes carbon steel upper from with a 2-Ton low headroom wire rope hoist and Spider-Lift™ bag lifting frame to allow for efficient loading of bags in and out of the bulk bag frame. Unit includes a 316 stainless steel lower frame and a 50 in. straight wall 316 stainless steel surge hopper allowing for maximum material capacity while providing protection against corrosive materials. Hopper includes a pneumatic vibrator system to assist with product flow, and an air actuated gate valve mounted at the bottom of hopper for material discharge control. Removable side panels and a custom knife guard enhance operator access and safety during maintenance. Unit includes FRP NEMA 4X enclosures. Electrical panel includes cUL508A panel build certification.
