Building on the popularity of the FLX® Machinery Brand - ALLIEDFLEX® has expanded its program by introducing its new FLX® Rotary Duo SpoutFill models to accommodate the filling and capping of popular Pre-Made Spouted Pouches. The FLX® Rotary Duo SpoutFill Model operates in a “duplex” (2 UP) operating mode packaging up to 70 ppm / pouches per minute. Higher output models are available in the ALLIEDFLEX portfolio.

The FLX® Rotary Duo SpoutFill |Cap Series is ideally suited for various Liquid Food, Fruit Puree and Dairy Products, including Yogurt and Soft Serve Ice Cream applications.

The popularity of pre-made spouted pouches is increasing, particularly with the recent interest in convenient value-added Grab & Go product line extension applications. The FLX® Rotary Duo SpoutFill Series system can accommodate various Pouch fill volumes from 300 ml to 500 ml, including pouches constructed of high-barrier laminated or mono-layer recyclable pouch materials. Pre-made, pre-spouted pouches are conveniently fed via pre-loaded rail buffer system.

The FLX® Rotary Duo SpoutFill series utilizes an advanced PLC Control System, User-Friendly Color HMI Operator Interface, and Remote Diagnostics. The system is manufactured to meet UL and CSA electrical codes and is available in full stainless steel washdown sanitary construction.
