HelloFresh is paying up to $277 million to buy Factor75, a leading provider of fully prepared, fresh meals. The deal includes four production and fulfillment facilities. A new facility, to be launched in the near future, will allow the company to deliver more than $500 million worth of prepared meals annually. Expected to close within months, the transaction is subject to customary conditions and the approval of the majority of Factor’s shareholders.
