Harpak-ULMA has hired Josh Becker to serve as market segment product manager, overseeing its new initiative to provide smart, connected operational models that offer bakery and confectionery producers the agility and flexibility they need due to dramatic marketplace upheavals caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to joining Harpak-ULMA, Becker served in a variety of senior engineering and leadership roles at Frito Lay, Kraft Foods, Bimbo Bakeries, and, most recently, as operational lead for The Hershey Company’s North American Packaging Systems Engineering Group.
