Hi, my name is Mike Mellesmoen with Eastey Enterprises. We're here at 2025 PACK EXPO in Las Vegas. Today we're going to showcase our ECB brand new Eastey combo bundler machine. This machine has been fully designed, manufactured, and built at our facility in Rogers [Minn.] On this machine, it's going to be packaging products up to 25 patches per minute. As you can see, there's an infeed conveyor. There's a pusher, it's a servo-driven machine, and so we have servo motors making a precise push.
We can change packages from a 3 pack like we're doing now to a 6 pack or a 9 pack, but just change a single option in the machine. You can see some of the servo motors here. There's a film unwind for film widths up to 24 inches wide and patches up to 11 inches tall. Some of the benefits of this machine is that we have it fully loaded with a price. And so with that we have different side guys, different bottle-down detectors. All the options are included in the price, and so what you see is what you have here. Out of Eastey Innovation Center, we also have changed the brains of the machine.
And so now we have a BNR controls smart system, PLC HMI with network capabilities, recipes, and a lot of different functions as far as the machine goes. It's a unitized frame where we have the sealer and the tunnel all in one combined frame, and so we're going to be shrinking the tunnel here with the heat tunnel and the blowing section here to cool the film down. So as you see the products come out, we have our accumulation table as well to catch the products for this particular show. So we're proud to offer this ECB Eastey combo bundler units and release it at this show.
