Cargo Cosmetics Corp., Toronto, Ontario, Canada, has been honored with a DuPont Gold Award for ColorCard™ single-use, super-flat, ultra-portable eye shadow packaging. Cargo attributes Arcade Marketing Cp (www.arcadeinc.com) as being instrumental in the manufacture and printing of the ColorCards.
The credit card-size packaging is produced using a patented process that deposits a thin layer of powdered, finger-application eye shadow onto a 12-point decorated board or ColorCard. These unique cards then are packaged in conventional decorator tins holding 28 cards each.
Cargo reports that, since the ColorCards launch in November 2005, the product has become a top-seller for the cosmetics company.
