Nestlé Canada Inc. has agreed to sell its Nestlé Pure Life bottled water business to Ice River Springs, a Canadian family-owned, private label bottled water producer for retailers and the manufacturer of the Ice River Green brand of bottled water. The sale includes factories located in Puslinch, Ontario and Hope, British Columbia, in addition to a well in Erin, Ontario. Contingent upon the completion of the regulatory review process, the transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of this year.
