40 cpm Servo-Enhanced Case Erector

The MOD B Case Erector from Wayne Automation makes perfectly square RSC, HSC, AFM, and Tablock cases at speeds up to 40 cpm. Watch video for detailed, easy changeover with no tweaking required.

The MOD B Case Erector from Wayne Automation maximizes system uptime and minimizes materials waste. Reduction in dependence on compressed air, reduced set up time, smooth and greater throughput, and a reduction of parts are all advantages over the long-standing pneumatic model.

The MOD B Case Erector is available in both Tablock and non-Tablock models and can run RSC, AFM and HSC cases. The system features Allen Bradley Control Logix processors which easily control access to the Servo settings when coupled with the Allen Bradley Panelview Touchscreens.

Sensors at critical points in the erecting and sealing areas detect proper folding and gluing throughout the case erecting process. Advanced electronics and machine diagnostics constantly monitor the performance of the system, significantly reducing the need for operator intervention. In addition, the MOD-B features an easy-load magazine that can be loaded while the machine is running.

The field-proven MOD-B case erectors deliver less than 1/8 of 1% material waste while operating at 99% machine uptime efficiencies - a level of performance guaranteed by Wayne Automation.
