On this bottled water line, following automatic lane dividers, bottles are collated and tray packed on equipment from Vantage Pak. Pressure-sensitive print-and-apply labelers from Loveshaw apply product ID and date code to each side of the tray before it enters an Arpac shrink wrapper. Then an incline conveyor takes finished trays to a remote palletizer.
