New bottle line brewing at Molson

In February, Molson announced plans to invest $34.8 million in upgrades at its Toronto brewery as the first installment in a $100 million plan to increase the facility’s production and efficiency.

Expected to be completed this fall, the expansion will include a new 50ꯠ sq’ structure that will house a state-of-the-art bottling line.

“This capital project will upgrade the current brewery with the most modern packaging line, enabling Molson to effectively compete against the best breweries in the world,” said Dan O’Neill, president and CEO, in a press release on Molson’s Web site.
