COX Technologies (Belmont, NC) has released Vitsab® tags, a time/temperature integrator. The tags can be placed on temperature-sensitive packages or individual products to track their potential exposure to damaging temperatures.

The tags are available in adhesive-type labels or in a sheath for attachment to master cartons or use on palletized shipments. The tags can be "tuned" to monitor different commodities. Chill or freezer tags are available in time durations from one to 120 days.
