Gericke explosion-proof delumper
Gericke Nibbler explosion-proof lump breakers are intended for coarse and fine size reduction in explosion-hazard environments. ATEX certified for zones 20, 21 and 22, they reduce food materials down to 1 mm. The delumpers feature a low-speed, high-torque rotating paddle assembly that cuts material without generating high heat or excessive fine particles. Shearing the material through a screen via attrition milling, the delumpers can be set before feeding, conveying, milling, filling and mixing and/or after drying, spraying, storage, filtering and conditioning.
