Mixer engineered for a range of powders with diverse properties

The Nauta mixer features a conical mixing vessel with a vertically mixing, rotating screw attached to a slowly rotating arm; the mixing screw is fixed only to the top of the arm to facilitate central discharge at the bottom of the mixing vessel. A charging hopper enables manual filling of the mixer, while a large hatch in the side of the mixing vessel allows manual cleaning and visual inspection. EHEDG and 3-A compliant, the unit includes a discharge valve fitted with a smart system that seals off the mixing vessel from the equipment beneath. The mixer can be supplied with a clean-in-place system for fully automatic wet cleaning and drying of the unit.
