Xchanger's custom-designed, 3-stage heat exchanger will be used to increase temperature of a 25,000+ SCFM airflow from 50°F to 330°F using 145 PSIG steam.

Each stage is nearly 7 feet tall and 8 feet wide. Heated air will be used to dry materials during processing. Design uses seven identical internal cores, each with two stacked steam circuits. The seven cores are split between three housing boxes to simplify handling, shipping, and core replacement (if required). Using identical cores also reduces parts inventory.

Xchanger has over 25,000 units in use throughout the world and can optimize any of nine standard product models to control temperature and humidity, eliminating the need to design a custom heat exchanger from the ground up.
