Servo motors stand up to tough washdown environments

Engineered for applications with strict hygiene requirements, Kollmorgen AKM washdown and food-grade servo motors incorporate electromagnetics within a housing protected by an FDA-approved 2-K coating and IP67-rated seal configuration; stainless steel hardware is used on all the precision interfaces. Features include frame sizes 2 through 6, static torques from 1 to 25Nm and a PTFE shaft seal. The motors are available with a range of windings, feedback systems and connection technologies.
