Schwan’s Company has chosen Joe Pacinelli to serve as president of Schwan’s Strategic Partner Solutions, which will focus on growing the company’s private-label and contract-packing businesses with retailers and food manufacturers. Pacinelli, who also will serve as a member of the executive leadership team, came to the company this summer when Schwan’s acquired Better Baked Foods, where he had served as president since 2005.
