Hostess Brands, Inc. has entered into an agreement with Swander Pace Capital to acquire Voortman Cookies Limited, a leading North American manufacturer of premium, branded wafers, as well as sugar-free and specialty cookies, for approximately $320 million. Under the terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in early January 2020, Voortman will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Hostess.
